Using the service
Golf Expense Tracker ("GET", "we", "the app") is provided to help you log golf rounds and related expenses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account is intended for one individual's personal use.
Membership
GET is a paid membership. Every feature is included in a single plan: unlimited rounds and expenses, cloud sync, backup and export, and all statistics. There is no free tier and no limited version. Membership is billed monthly or annually and renews until you cancel it.
Early access offer
Accounts created before 15 August 2026 keep full access permanently at no cost. These founding members are recorded in our systems and are never charged. The offer's duration is at our discretion and may be ended for new accounts at any time; accounts that already qualified retain their benefit. This benefit is personal to the account and is not transferable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and are not charged again afterward. Cancelling does not delete your data; you can export it at any time, before or after.
Refunds
We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full, with no questions asked. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record, so we request the refund from them on your behalf — you do not have to deal with them yourself. Email hello@golfexpensetracker.com, or reply to the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you after your purchase, and we will take it from there. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. This guarantee is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you have under your local consumer law.
Data ownership
You own the data you enter into GET. You may export it at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your stored data upon request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use GET to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
No warranty
GET is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and your data safe, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend keeping your own periodic data export as a personal backup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated inside the app.
