What we collect
To create your account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text). To provide the service, we store the golf activity you choose to enter: rounds played, expenses, packages, and related notes.
How your data is stored
Your account data is stored with Supabase, a cloud database provider, in a project we operate. Row-level security rules ensure that no other user can ever read or write your data — this is enforced by the database itself, not just by the app's interface.
A copy of your data is also kept on your own device (browser local storage), so the app continues to work without an internet connection.
Who can access your data
Inside the app, only you — signed in to your own account — can see your data. Like virtually every cloud service, our team has administrative access to the underlying database for operational purposes only: keeping the service running, maintaining backups, and helping you if you ask for support. We do not browse, use, or share individual activity data outside of those purposes.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We do not show ads inside the app.
- We do not share your individual golf activity with anyone, including course operators or other users.
Payment information
If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed entirely by our payment provider (a merchant of record specializing in software subscriptions). We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but we never see, receive, or store your card details.
Analytics
Our marketing website (this page and the pages linked from it) uses standard analytics and advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find us. You choose your preference in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; nothing loads until you choose, or declines entirely if you decline.
The app itself never loads these tools while you're entering your email or password. Once you're signed in, the app respects the same choice you made on the marketing site (shared on this domain): if you agreed to analytics, we record a small number of account-level milestones (for example, that an account was created, or that a first round or first expense was logged) so we can tell whether the product is actually helping new users get started. We never send your email, notes, course names, amounts, or currencies to Google or Meta — only event names, and only with your consent. If you arrive at the app directly without having made a choice on the marketing site, analytics stays off by default until you do.
Your rights
You can export a full copy of your data at any time from the Data tab in the app. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us through the feedback form in the app.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll post an update here and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
