Using the service
Golf Expense Tracker ("GET", "we", "the app") is provided to help you log golf rounds and related expenses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account is intended for one individual's personal use.
Free and Pro plans
The core features of GET — logging rounds and expenses, cloud sync, and data backup/export — are free with no volume limits. Pro is the additional statistics layer. Paid plans are not live yet: no payment method is collected and no account is charged. When paid plans launch, Pro will be an optional subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled, and the terms below will apply.
Early access offer
For a limited time, the full package of GET — including all Pro features — is available free of charge. Accounts created while this offer is active keep full free access permanently, even after the offer ends for new sign-ups. The offer's duration is at our discretion and may be ended for new accounts at any time; accounts that already qualified retain their benefit. This benefit is personal to the account and is not transferable.
Cancellation (once paid plans launch)
You will be able to cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and are not charged again afterward. Cancelling does not delete your data; the account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds (once paid plans launch)
Payments will be processed by our payment provider, acting as the merchant of record. Refund requests are therefore reviewed and decided under the provider's own refund policy — GET does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, use the receipt email sent by the provider after your purchase. If you believe you were charged in error and aren't sure where to turn, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Data ownership
You own the data you enter into GET. You may export it at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your stored data upon request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use GET to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
No warranty
GET is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and your data safe, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend keeping your own periodic data export as a personal backup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated inside the app.
