How much does Golf Expense Tracker cost?
€5.99 a month or €59.99 a year — the yearly plan works out at about two months free. Every feature is included; there is no limited version. If it isn't for you, we refund it within 14 days, no questions.
What do I get?
Everything. Unlimited rounds and expenses, cloud sync across your devices, backups and export, spend by course and category, monthly trends, lesson tracking and season-pass ROI. There is no Free versus Pro split — one membership, all of it.
What happens when I sign up?
You create an account, choose monthly or yearly, and pay through Lemon Squeezy. You are in straight after that — log your first round in under a minute. If it is not for you, tell us within 14 days and we refund it.
I joined before 15 August 2026 — what happens to my account?
Nothing changes. You keep full access permanently, at no cost, exactly as promised when you signed up. Founding members are marked in our system and are never charged.
Where is my data stored?
In your own private account, synced automatically to the cloud, with a local copy on your device so the app keeps working offline. No one else can see your data — this is enforced at the database level, not just in the app's interface.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on any device — your data syncs within seconds.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Golf Expense Tracker runs in your browser, so it works on any phone, tablet or computer with nothing to install. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen” — it opens full-screen like a normal app and keeps working offline.
Can I export my data?
Yes, any time, from the Data tab inside the app. You can also restore from a backup file, useful for moving between devices or keeping an extra copy.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds follow their process as well as our 14-day guarantee.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store them.
